Car looks great but it look so long to get the car in to get fixed plus almost 5 weeks once in the shop. Definitely a little frustrating and may make me look at other shops should I need repairs another time.

The girl at the front desk is not the friendliest and having two huge monitors right in front of the chairs by her desk makes it very awkward when trying to give her information as she is completely blocked if one actually sits in the chair. The one gentleman who I spoke with when I dropped off my rental was very friendly and knew my car by my last name, but I didn't catch his name.

The work that was completed was good. However, what I asked for wasn't done. The entire time I thought work was being completed based on what I said and I wanted and when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't.

Am happy with their customer service and their flexibility to get my 4WD truck into the shop for repairs during inclement weather which caused me to reschedule several dates. Needing my truck during the snow and ice storms created an extra challenge they met easily. The repairs were done well and are impossible to pick out from the rest of the truck bed. The paint is flawless and looks great. I’m quite happy with their work and would easily recommend them for anyone needing autobody repairs.

Outstanding customer service; had to reschedule several times due to inclement weather when I needed my truck. They were very understanding and helpful.
