The only thing I would say is not perfect about the repair is that the paint doesn’t exactly match but I understand that the paint will look different considering that the bumper is plastic underneath and the rest isn’t so I am not disappointed by it. Plus, the color difference is hardly noticeable.

From the beginning, they explained what repairs would need to be done and what parts would be needed. They also looked up the parts ahead of time and got me scheduled as soon as available. The repairs were done within the estimated time frame and are amazing! There is also a lifetime warranty on their repairs.

They got me scheduled as soon as available and even worked with me when I had the wrong drop off date written down, missing my drop off. They called and we rescheduled a new drop off date without any problem. The snow posed a delay in when I could pick up my car after repairs and they had no problem with me coming the next day. I’m the office they were always courteous, and even suggested a local shop when I asked about breakfast sandwiches.
