We got home and found that our tailgate is crooked and the rear hatch leaks when it rains hard! I guess Crash Champions is going to fix these issues but I would have been a lot happier if the repair had been done correctly the first time.

The body work looks good, but many detailed were missed. I couldn't recommend to a friend in good faith.

Communication was horrible. The individual we worked with never called when he said he would. The repair took longer that estimated. When we were told we could pick up the car. During the inspection, the sunroof seals popped off onto our laps. This required a return trip and an extra day of the rental car.

New car door does not close all the way unless slammed hard. The interior of the car was also not detailed at all even though I was told it would be. Repair team was slow to communicate and gave inaccurate updates throughout the process.
