From the General Manager Ron all the way down the line, the shop staff was simply amazing. Ron made sure to walk through the process with me on the insurance claim and was able to explain the paperwork in great detail. Misty at the front desk was very professional and amazing on the phone, she ensured that I was always kept up to date on progress and Nick was incredible when I asked him to gather and provide information on status of repair progress and potential timeline shifts. Nick made sure to take the time to explain each issue clearly and in detail. Great job everyone, you have earned a customer for life!
