We scheduled the appointment and they checked for parts and all were available. When we brought the vehicle in then they ordered the parts which is frustrating as we needed that vehicle and wanted it in the shop for the shortest time possible. They did do excellent work, we just bweren't happy about the delay.

They did a great job on the work. When we went to pick up the vehicle, work was left unfinished and we were blamed for not reminding them about an additional estimate they gave and we approved for them to complete. None the less, I would have no hesitation returning for work on a vehicle or recommending them to others
