This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I carried the vehicle in on Monday, Feb 13, 2023, as recommended so the work would be completed by Friday, Feb 17! I called on Friday afternoon and got no reply from the guy who I had gotten the estimate from, and I called the company number, and was told it was in work and scheduled to be completed the next Thursday, Feb 23! Then I called on Friday Feb 24, and was told they had not started work since they were awaiting supplemental insurance reply from USAA! I told them to please do. the repair job! They finally started to work on repairing the minor dent in the bumper, and called me on March 13th to tell me it complete!!! Yes, a month to do a minor bumper repair that was promised in less than a week! And, never a single call giving an update! I will never ever take another vehicle to this place!

The person who was assigned to handle my repairs never called me to let me know when everything was set for the repairs to start. As it turns out, he was a new hire and apparently wasn't doing his job. I didn't know anything was ready to start until I called in and spoke with Matt Cliburn and he got the repairs started the next work day.

The agent that was working with me, left the company during the repair . I had requested pictures of the shock absorber under the bumper. I never received these photos. The agent and I had been communicating via text messages. There were several days in which I did not receive any replies. I learned later that he had left after I contact the facility.

The workmanship on the vehicle was great but my fog light and headlight on the driver side, which was the side repaired, were not working when the vehicle was returned. The fog light was fixed but at the time I didn’t realize the headlight was out also. It needs to be addressed as well.
