I’m still not totally convinced a rock hit my passenger side window. I think there was a malfunction in the window dropping when wife opened her door. When she tried to close the door she was unable because door was jammed at top front above mirror. That’s where i think the trim scratched the body of car. Once we finally got door to close that’s when the glass cracked. I asked them to at least look at that possible scenario. Car is fixed. Looks great. But I’m out $975 for something that i don’t believe was from a rock or a pepple….the scratch was that small. Maybe 2mm. Moot pt. I paid.

I had to call several days in a row to find out anything and requested a call back all times. Never happpened. Once y’all started sending updates 4 days later all was great. Front desk people were great.

My gray headliner thresholds are covered with black scuffs and smudges that were NOT there when I we dropped the car off. The black trunk security panel removed and left in the back floorboard and is covered in white handprints. I would like these professionally cleaned and returned to pre-repair condition.

Repair quality was outstanding. I was a bit unhappy with how long it took to repair the vehicle - I was supposed to pick it up on the 25th and ended up picking it up on the 31st, which threw a loop in some plans I had made. It’s not that big of a deal considering the repair was great quality, but it would’ve been nice to have known prior to last-minute that it was going to take that long.
