Repair quality was outstanding. I was a bit unhappy with how long it took to repair the vehicle - I was supposed to pick it up on the 25th and ended up picking it up on the 31st, which threw a loop in some plans I had made. It’s not that big of a deal considering the repair was great quality, but it would’ve been nice to have known prior to last-minute that it was going to take that long.

My truck looks fantastic. Great job. The front office team did a good job walking me through. It was great to be able to have a rental car that I didn’t have to drive somewhere else to pick up. And the Text system was fantastic as well. I love getting an update updates.

CC did a great job. I've already told folks that I was very pleased. the fact that the rental company delivered the car and picked it up was also a plus. The front desk staff called the rental company and were helpful in that too.
