Started when I first dropped vehicle. The staff seemed ipset that I came there before getting approval from claims. Had to get the approval before they would even talk to me????? Then the missed 4 completion estimates. While I am retired I still had to arrange potential transportation on those dates!

I like how Ms. Katrina handled the issues with my truck as if it was her own vehicle. The communication was there on the steps taken during the process. It took a little time but her not willing to give my truck back to me if it didn't live up to the Crash Champion name I can really appreciate. I'd choose quality work over a rush job any day.

Was told car was going through final inspection, come get it. Got car home, checked rear door, and discovered it was catching and would not close. Took it back to Crash Champions and was told they would fix it. Told them I would bring it back on Tuesday as I needed it for the weekend. On Tuesday, took it back and asked if I could wait for it. Was told they wanted me to leave it. Called and got a ride home and asked I walked in door eas called and said it was ready. Got ride back down there and problem hadd not been fixed. Sam took it back insidr and 45 minutes later. Car still makes sound like its sticking but can’t get it back down there right now.
