These people do excellent work and my adjuster Katrina called me every time something new was being done and kept me up-to-date with everything. I would definitely use Crash champions again. I think they are number one in the surrounding areas.

On two occasions, I requested that they include some unrelated work on the hood that I would pay for myself. When I picked up the car, it was not done. I did not see the representative. Make any notes when he walked out and looked at my car so now I still have to find a shop that will do the repair on my hood and that will cost me extra because they will have to order paint that Crash Champions already was working with. The work they did do was quite acceptable.

The customer service I received was great from start to finish (front desk to back of house). Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and caring.
