Courteous, professional and friendly staff. They did a good job on my car and even cleaned it. My only question was did anyone check under where I told them a piece fell from. I forgot to mention it, but saw the piece still in the car with no mention of it

It took 5 months to fix. Crash Champions forgot one part which they had to order and it came on a slow boat . The car looks great now but no car for 5 months was difficult. This was a small accident caused by a small deer suddenly running in front. You could hardly notice the damage, yet when all was done Crash Champions bill was over $20,000!!! Shocking!!

My car repair was rescheduled three times for the due date and my husband‘s car is still there and was taken into your shop before my car was so you have had that for over two months.

They did have my car for over a month but I understand that repairs do take time. It was just an inconvenience, I am more sad that I was missing a small button off my emergency break when the car was released to me. You did rectify it by ordering a new one but the fact that I had to point out that a piece of my car was missing was disheartening.

The repairs to my car were great. I have no complaints about that whatsoever. Crash Champions did a great job of keeping me well informed throughout the process of what was going on with my car. I must state that I’m unsatisfied, though because I have to bring my car back because the audio system was made unavailable, which is the horn and or chimes of my car. I discovered this on my drive home from picking up the car drove back to the office and the staff person was great in telling me that I would just have to call and bring it in on another day to have a technician fix it. That’s just really frustrating because I live about a 25 minute drive away from Crash Champions.

My car has an issue now that I have to address because of the work that was done by Crash Champions. I was pleased with everything from Crash Champions until I picked my car up and began my drive home...it was then that I noticed a warning light that my horn and chimes were no longer working and that I needed to schedule a service appoints. I turned around and went back to Crash Champions. The staff member I spoke to was apologetic and told me to I could call and schedule a time for them to take care of it. Crash Champions is 25 minutes from my home. I am now inconvenienced and have to take time out of my day again to drive down to Crash Champions to have something fixed that they caused. Not ok.

Very disappointed that after asking them twice to charge my Tesla, they let the battery run down to 7%. This degrades the battery and I told them that when I asked both times to charge please keep it charged.

Very carefree, when the repair was completed they had not removed the service lock when I got in the vehicle. This is something that should have been done prior.
