The shop was sold while my car was being repaired. The shop stopped communicating during this transition.

The actual body repair work looks perfect. However I had to return the car to ECR and then take it to the Tesla Service Center because a generic non Tesla tire sensor was installed instead of a Tesla part

The physical repair damage was great but I have a tire sensor default light that stays on and the front camera doesn't work. I left the repair shop with these issues. ECR said the sensor would recalibrate but it has not.

Customer Service

The customer service and communication was fantastic! Lindsey and Ryan are professional and very helpful.
