I would have to go by each individual shop. I’d gladly recommend the shop where Ulie and Carstan work in ABQ, but not so much the Rufina shop in Santa Fe
Repair Quality - 4.0/5.0 -
CC in ABQ was fantastic, especially Julie and Carstan. They more than made up for the not so favorable service I received in Santa Fe at the Rufina shop.

Fantastic especially Julie in the reception and Carsten in the shop. They got things done and kept me informed every step of the way to completion of the repairs. They brought the car back to me in Santa Fe

Julie and Todd were terrific. They patiently answered my questions and were clear about what I could expect. As promised, I was kept informed and up-to-date with the process. Additionally, I left my garage door opener in the rental and Julie did not hesitate to rescue it for me. Excellent.

I hit a deer and needed insurance work. My 2012 Toyota Tacoma was in the shop 3 plus weeks. The front end was damaged. The AC condenser had been damaged. I picked it up and drove from Albuquerque to Colorado after sitting 2 hours waiting. The AC worked but was not very cold. It was noisy. A week after picking it up, I made a trip to Georgia and then Ontario Canada. There was an extreme heat warning in Oklahoma. The AC stopped working in Oklahoma City. The freon was leaking at an O ring. Popping the hood, I found mismatched parts such as clamps, like any part available had been used in the repair. The condenser did not appear to be the correct one. I did not have time to stop so drove through extreme heat with no AC. I suffered heat exhaustion and end was in an accident the next day. I don’t know if the poor job was due to the age of my vehicle, their normal standards or the fact I am a women. I just know Crash Champions will never touch my vehicle again.

From the moment I dropped off my vehicle at Crash Champions, I knew I was in great hands. The entire team was incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming. They took the time to explain every step of the repair process in detail, which gave me complete confidence from the very beginning. A special thank you to Lorenzo, who went above and beyond. He walked around my vehicle with me, thoroughly inspected everything, and explained the entire process from A to Z. He made sure I understood what to expect—from dropping off my vehicle, to receiving regular text message updates on the repair progress, all the way through the pickup process. The communication was outstanding, the customer service was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a team that truly values transparency and customer care the way Crash Champions does. I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone in need of collision repair. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping customers informed made the entire experience seamless. Thank you to Lorenzo and the entire team for providing such outstanding service!
