Carlos was wonderful staying on top of my car and doing everything in his power to get it back to me before I needed it for a cross country trip. Unfortunately outside circumstances beyond his control (i.e., Nissan delaying part, etc.) prevented the car from being finished on time, but Carlos kept us informed which helped a great deal. Julie was also very helpful in facilitating my car rental and return, and was a joy to work with!

I appreciated that Carlos kept me in the know every step of the way; he was knowledgeable and respectful. I felt that my car was well cared for by everyone that came in contact and by the fact that it was continually housed, rather than being left outside when not actively being worked on. It was a special touch to be so well greeted as soon as I came in the door😃 (I feel horrible that I don't remember her name, but I do remember how she made me feel!.... like I was personally being taken care of, and cared about. )
