Crash Champions made the entire repair process incredibly easy. I had two separate claims through two different insurance companies, and they handled everything seamlessly, coordinating it all so my car could be repaired at once. It truly couldn't have been a smoother experience. A special thank you to Jim, who went above and beyond by buffing out paint on another area of my car that wasn't even part of the claim. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. I really appreciate when people take pride in their work and genuinely care about creating a great experience for their customers. That's how I strive to run my own business, so I especially recognize and value that level of service when I see it. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to my friends and family and will definitely use them again for any future repairs... although hopefully I won't need to! Thank you again to Jim and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy.

The communication with Crash Champions was poor. I was told conflicting updates. When I picked up my car I noticed that my “new” bumper was not the same kind as my old one. I noticed right away. NOONE bothered to even call me to tell me that you are not replacing the exact bumper ? I have BMW and now I am given a different bumper? I would absolutely not ever recommend this place. I am highly disappointed.
