All of the service and updates were great! I like to text updates. I mentioned getting an estimate to repair my horn a couple of times, but didn't hear back. Not a big deal. The body repair looks perfect!

Service wise they did a good job with my car but I just feel like they are unprofessional

They did a great job on my car but the customer service team is very unprofessional. They would never call me with up dates and wouldn’t tell me when my car would be done and just randomly called me the day it was done to pick it up which I told them numerous times I need some time in advance to know when I can pick it up. I find it crazy that the customer service team wasn’t attentive at their job but once I get my car back would call me several times so I can leave a review. Would send me emails, text me, and even call me early in the morning.
