Attractive facility; comfortable waiting room; friendly staff; professional assessment of needed repairs and clear explanation of work to be done. Estimates of completion were provided frequently as time passed and car was ready ahead of schedule. Work was excellent - even knowing were the damage occurred, I could not see any difference between contour or finish between damaged and undamaged sections of the body. Work came with comprehensive warranty and clear advice on treatment of finish until it hardened. Very happy in all respects.
