I score my satisfaction an 8, only for a couple of reasons. Service was great, Cooperation was great, simplicity with the process was great. I gave it an 8 only because a few minor details after receiving the car, whether it was done accidentally or just went unnoticed in general, a minor issue with the driver side side mirror as well as adhesive glue left from removing the spoiler like I said minor details but just something like that that goes unnoticed can simply be seen with extra oversight but overall great experience and rated and 8 out of 10.

I had to call about my car multiple times and communicate from the adjuster to your facility multiple time regarding when my car woukd be ready. The customer service was not good, but most places aren't these days.

They are fantastic in every way. When I brought my car in for an estimate, Carlin took me right on time, explained the procedure and helped me call an Uber ride home. I was kept informed of my car’s daily progress and my insurance company’s approval. When the repairs were completed, I received a call that it was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well enough to pick it up, so Carlin arranged to drop it off at my house with her husband following to take them home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service that I received.

They are fantastic. I was half an hour early for my appointment and Caitlin took me right on time. She gave me the estimate and I left my car for them to get the parts and start the repairs. Caitlin called me with updates on the repairs and parts. When she called about my car being ready for pick up, I told her that I was having health issues. So she volunteered to bring my car to me. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Crash Champions is an exceptional company and I would recommend them to everyone.
