They are fantastic in every way. When I brought my car in for an estimate, Carlin took me right on time, explained the procedure and helped me call an Uber ride home. I was kept informed of my car’s daily progress and my insurance company’s approval. When the repairs were completed, I received a call that it was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well enough to pick it up, so Carlin arranged to drop it off at my house with her husband following to take them home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service that I received.

They are fantastic. I was half an hour early for my appointment and Caitlin took me right on time. She gave me the estimate and I left my car for them to get the parts and start the repairs. Caitlin called me with updates on the repairs and parts. When she called about my car being ready for pick up, I told her that I was having health issues. So she volunteered to bring my car to me. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Crash Champions is an exceptional company and I would recommend them to everyone.
