Great bumper work and response time. But unfortunately not completely satisfied as the concerns I had for my vehicle were not fully taken care of by the shop after paying 1k for repairs and wanted additional money for diagnostics.

I had my car repaired at Crash Champions and I must say they went above and beyond with the work they did. My car looks and feels like I just bought it from dealership. They did intense detail cleaning after they repaired the damages. I would recommend crash champions to anyone that needs car repairs. I really appreciate the work they did and their customer service was superb.

Jess the crash champion rep " in her professional opinion" destroyed and made my accident experience even worst. She was very demining, belittling and rude. My prized procession which I damaged was not repaired to prior accident condition because she felt that a chip on the on the back passenger door wasn't caused by the accident. It wasn't their there prior, either caused by the accident or the jammed front passenger door after. Because she felt it wasn't included and filed it separately, insurance didn't cover. Jess alone made my accident experience even more stressful and humiliating. Even though I haven't had an accident since I was 18, If by chance I do. I WILL never choose crash champion again. They say a bad customer experience they talk to 20 about it, believe me I will broadcast to each and everyone that listens to exceed 20,000. Can't believe Jess is in customer service and representing your company.

Car looked great. My reason for repair was cruise control not working. When I got my car I tried the cruise control and it gave me the same problem. Tried it three different times with the results. Went in the store and tried it again and this time it worked. Don’t know if it’s intermittent or not. Waiting to see if error occurs again.
