The team here is phenomenal. Their work went well beyond my expectations. Work was completed 2 weeks earlier than quoted which definitely worked for me because I missed my car. 10/10 recommendations 💯 God forbid anyone I love gets into a wreck but I know exactly where to tell them to go if they do. The repair work was first-rate...loved the finished work! Kelvin, my estimator and point of contact, was extremely professional, friendly, and esponsive, and he kept in frequent contact with me by phone and text. Your receptionist was polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciated the almost-daily updates on the progress of my repair. Outstanding job, Crash Champions...I'm glad Kelvin convinced me to have you do my repairs, and my drive from Norfolk (near ODU) was well-worth it!!
