It took nearly 21 days for a repair that Geico said should have been 12 days. Then they wanted to use used parts for a driver door that I complained about and they finally replaced with OEM parts.

Stella kept me up to date as to what was going on. I didn’t have to call to ask about anything. It was handled in a professional manner. We will definitely recommend Crash Champions to our Famky-friends. The young lady at the desk was very professional and informed me they would contact Enterprise to come to pick up their car. Stella was out standing through the whole process, She even went above and beyond to get my truck ready for pick up yesterday as I needed it today to tow my boat for a fishing trip she worked little past 5:00 yesterday to make sure it got done and she was even helping clean it up,The work they did looks Great
