Notifications about dates being pushed back but no customer follow-up to reasons why. Ended with prolonged rental which customer could have made adjustments. Car not detailed and picked up dirty. Have had service when Charles Barker and car was detailed even for an oil change. Employees nice in person, although overhearing a conversation where an estimator said not taking no more calls today. Would not want to use them again unless my insurer said they were my only option.

Did a fine job on the Bumper, and numerous dings, great job, both fenders had a lot, the lines are on time, can't tell at all. When I am doing better financially, I'll bring back to get front bumper damage fixed. Thank you for meeting expectations, many in the car service industry don't. It's nice to have things done right the first time.
