The service leading up to my truck being returned was terrible. My truck was in the shop for a month and it was only a bumper that needed to be replaced. The person responsible for finalizing my paperwork was agitated due to having a busy schedule. That had nothing to do with me but I took some of that frustration. Then once I got my truck back it started funny due to sitting for a month. Wasn’t informed that it started funny and I didn’t go back in to ask questions. When my battery did die I called back to the office and the lack of concern was astounding. Almost had a shouting match but I just hung up as I didn’t feel as if they would help anymore than they already have. So $280 later after buying a battery it was fine but then I say a bubble in my tire, so this probably was due to sitting for awhile. So based on the time and customer service I will not be using or referring anyone to this shop.

Checking in was lengthy, but I think their was a chance of ownership that day. Next, your app to provide updates wasn't very informative. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

You missing the left side panel. It's about to fall off. It was apart of the accident. Has the same white marking. I don't think anyone really looked at this car. I'll need to brink it back. I'll get in touch with my insurance company. My vehical was kelp for 3 wks. I pray the this will not take 3 wks
