I realize that the shop was put through the wringer because of the insurance company and that it took an un expected amount of time because of bad used parts but E was wonderful and informative! E made the whole experience wonderful and informative! BTW E needs a raise and promotion!! Also the lady at the front desk was also wonderful ! Crash Champions seems like a good place to work!
