I needed to use my vehicle as long as possible before the repairs and had hoped for speedy repairs since it is our family’s only vehicle in Ocala. I was very satisfied with the personal telephone communications from the local shop, once we had agreed on the fundamental parameters for handing over my truck, but got confused by the automated messages, email and text, that contradicted the personal communications.

We had a bad battery when we picked it up. Had to go to auto parts store to get a new one right after we left there and there’s also a new strange noise when driving. I need to ask my daughter if it’s still doing it.
