Initial Estimate process went smooth, paper work with insurance co. seemed to go through good. Local pros in business for a long time, good locale for me. Did NOT have to return rental car as it was ok to leave at shop- a nice saving of time. Shop had good relationship with Enterprise Rental Car Co. Shop was able to work on my car within a few days of claim & gave me guess estimate of finish so i could make tentative plans
