The outside repair was good, but the car inside was a mess. There were old car parts in it, a sticker from the inside door was in the car but not placed where it had to go and there were broken boxes and parts from other cars that weren’t mine. In addition, my car had a full tank when I left it. The attendant even wrote it down. When I picked it up, I had a quarter tank. I did check the car outside, but didn’t think to check inside, and when I noticed, I didn’t have time to turn back. When I called to complain, they transferred me to another department and then the call failed. Also, I did not get updates on the car as promised and had to call and be put on hold several times to find out the status.
