I am 100% happy and extremely appreciative with all the work you did on the car After 44,000.00 plus dollars and 8 weeks in your shop I noticed the front left rim needed paint badly which is my fault I just thought James should have caught it, I called him and spoke briefly about this and that I will need to get paint work done after getting paint work done which is a bummer Your work thus far looks perfect though I have not seen it in the sunlight yet It looks to me like you are the finest body shop in the land Thank You So Very Much Tony & Lindsey

The new trim around the wheel fender area was chipped on one side and the other side you could get all your fingers between the trim and the metal fender so it was installed incorrectly on the driver side, which after eight weeks is disappointing There was also an area of paint we showed to James that had a chip in it where it just wasn’t done correctly James agreed 100% with the assessment we made I feel your quality control could be a lot better, obviously as the car should not have Been allowed to leave the shop in this condition We brought the car back the very next day, unfortunately James is very kind and felt bad about the work that was done That is my honest feedback Thank you Tony
