My service advisor kept me informed on the progress of the repairs on my car he always returned my telephones calls in a timely matter the repairs made on my car appears to be done correctly but I was disappointed with the fact that it's your policy to wash my car but not to clean it my car was filthy inside the outside was also not cleaned my car has been repaired at your location in the past there policy was the have your vehicle detailed and cleared before releasing it to the client

I cannot possibly say enough about Crash Champions--the team over-delivered, every step of the way. Unfortunately, I've worked with a lot of bodyshops; and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. From when they initially received the car (from Audi Mission Viejo), communication was extraordinary, with regular updates. The team was on-it throughout. And, the final product was pristine: not a blemish on the car, which was detailed to perfection. Again, I cannot say enough about Crash Champions. THE best!!!
