They took Almost 5 months to fix my car there was a tear in the interior that was not there and they lost my wheel lock and they have not reached out to me about it

Jin Han is amazing. Right off the bat he informed us that he was going to communicate every detail. This was an understatement. Jin never failed to call us as soon as a discovery arose. Even though State Farm was difficult, he hung in there and challenged them until the end. I commend him for his professionalism and his patience dealing with State Farm and myself. After an unfortunate couple weeks, I began to get impatient in which I expressed myself to him, but he never broke character. Crash Champions truly has a quality Employee. He truly fights the insurance company in order to get your vehicle, restored back to its original form without costing anything other than your deductible. Jin took it a step further and helped us on minor touchups just to put the icing on the cake; then gave us a little bit of paint for future occurrences. If I had an opening at my business, he’d be working for us. Thank you, Jen Han!!!

Jin Han, the person in charge of my car at Crash Champions in Costa Mesa, CA was amazing. Super communicative, always updating me on every step of the repair. My car looks brand new as if my accident never happened and I’m beyond satisfied.

Jin Han took care of my M2 after it sustained damages after an accident. He made sure to always update me and worked with my busy work schedule. My car looks brand new and I’m super thankful for him and the team at Crash Champions. Hopefully I won’t need to bring another car in for repair, but if I do, it’s going straight to Jin at Crash Champions in Costa Mesa.
