The communication between myself and crash champions was nonexistent. Every time I called no answer. Called other locations and they were not able to get an answer from the location where my car was located. Recommend improving communications and following up with the customer to provide updates on the vehicle status.

Only comment was we wanted to pay prior to pickup as this was an insurance claim on a work vehicle and were told it wasn't possible. Ironically, the day after I picked it up I received notification that a payment link could be sent prior to pick-up. That was strange.
