My replaced wheel cover was replaced with a used one. There are deep scratches on my hood next to my emblem that have not been addressed. There is a rubbing sound from the wheel well side that was "fixed". None has been addressed

I was really impressed with the professional and friendly service. It started with the estimate from Shamus. He showed me the damage and explained what had to be done to repair it. I felt it was a fair and honest quote. I appreciate the great communication that kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Both the texts and the pictures. I'm very picky about my vehicles, and I appreciate the quality of the work. When I picked up my truck, Shamus walked me through all the repairs and made sure I was satisfied. Being in management myself, I know this professionalism and quality starts at the top. I will definitely recommend Crash Champions to others.

Unfortunately two days later on a sat I was at Oakridge mall parked in their garage, went to walk around and had lunch when I got back to my suv the white van I was parked next to was gone and the rear panel on the driver side was scraped down to the primer
