I have been to this shop before and I was very pleased but this time around and dealing with the new manager I won’t recommend this shop.

Repair Quality

My car sat for at least a month due to the insurance company attempting to deny or figure out the claim due to not enough evidence originally. I was the one calling for updates. Finally when my vehicle was ready for pickup I was rushed to pick it up. The inside was dusty and had glue on the trims of my door that was never cleaned, the new front bumper had a new scratch on it that had to be buffed out before I left. There was debris and grass all over the car from the landscapers. Unfortunately, I have to go back because the door handle isn’t secure properly and keeps falling off.

the repair took 5 weeks out of the promised 2.5.During this time, the car was repaired after the original repair 3 times and was never repaired correctly during subsequent collection attempts
