My car looks great- thank you. And, after a mishap with my cell phone left in a locked rental car, that I put keys into your night key box —on Valentine’s Day, the office sent someone very nice out to open the office so I could retrieve my phone. Kindest service ever —with much appreciation!

Professional and personal service. The technician who performed the work, Mike, is gifted. This car had a number of aftermarket cosmetic modifications. Mike “read” the car and did what he could to preserve the “look”. He even saved the old retainer clips. That is extraordinary.

The only reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 is because we're still waiting on the driver's side window to be replaced and repaired. It seems, CRG is still waiting on the part to come in.
