Some components were not replaced, and I'm really disappointed that the repairs didn't match the estimated cost. One of the parts that was damaged in the accident wasn't replaced at all. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed it immediately and asked about it. They apologized and said they would check if the part was available. This is unacceptable why was I asked to pick up the car if the repairs weren't completed properly? The vehicle should have been fully repaired or at least not released until all necessary work was done
