Over 55 years ago, Crowley Auto Body joined the auto industry with the intent of creating a value-added process for our customers. Wanting to create something that the Crowley team could be proud of, Ken Crowley made an investment in a stand-alone facility with the latest state-of-the-art technology that has received endorsements from a number of major insurance companies. In addition to investing in the best possible tools & technology, we also place an emphasis on building a top-notch team that you can depend on. Undetermined. As I mentioned, my rear truck does pop-open from time to time without me pressing the button and my rearview camera hasn't turned on several times. I will monitor to see if the issues subside; otherwise will reach back out to Crowley.

Overall, I have two areas of focus, Timely feedback and status updates as my back bumper replacement took ~4 weeks, but the clarity on when it would be completed was continuously moving due to supplier delays - an area to focus on would be customer engagement. My trunk does pop open from time to time and my rear camera doesn't always turn on. I will monitor and reach back out to Crowley if the issue persists.
