Work was completed when promised. Cannot tell that work has been done; fully restored to what it looked like before. They replaced a part that they didn’t have to to ensure that vehicle was as safe as possible. Appreciated the frequent text updates about progress.

Good have been better on the issue of one week starting time was was pushed out after I delivered the vehicle or I was not told until one week later when I arrived to ask for an update then I was told of the additional week delay

There was an issue with the plastic molding on the back of the front seats. We brought it back in and they worked to correct it on the spot. They said that piece often doesn't go back to normal once it has been stretched a bit. They got it back pretty good, but said if it doesn't stay put, they will replace it.

The guys I worked with in the office were professional, informative, and helpful. Had to wait a while for the shop to be available to do the work. However, once they had the vehicle, they completed the work much quicker than I anticipated.
