I couldn't have been more pleased with Crown Towing and repair. From the initial towing after my accident that significantly damaged my 2022 Ford Mustang Mach.E to the final delivery of my beautifully repaired vehicle I experienced nothing but quality and courtesy service. A special note for Craig Steketee who guided me through the entire process with up to date progress and honest evaluation of each step. I'm thrilled with the results of top of the line work. My car looks brand new as if it just rolled off of the show room.

This was the second time I've used Crown Towing & Collision in the last year and they did not disappoint. I saved a lot of time by just going directly to them for the estimate and repair. The price seems very reasonable and the work is outstanding. Great people to work with too. I highly recommend.

I found a bolt left under the hood that I can’t figure out where it goes an my Fuse box cover was not on the fuse box it was laying beside the fuse box an it is broken also the bumper is bent there is a bid gap under the head lights also the front headlight that should of been replaced because it was broken, was not even buffed out or replaced And I believe that’s why the bumper doesn’t fit correctly, because the broken part on the headlight mount is what connects to the bumper so I’m not happy about that.

If I could give them an A+, I would! My car was returned in better shape than pre-collision and Craig was an excellent communicator. The shop is very efficient and well-managed.

Craig kept me posted over a prolonged period b/c parts were backordered through no fault of his own. He dealt with my insurance company, and I was left with a good rental vehicle for almost four months! I'm sending all my friends to Crown!
