I received the absolute best service from Crown Towing and Repair!! The tow truck driver was very helpful and promptly! He showed up and took my car right away. The repair process was very efficient and I got my car back as promised on time! They will be my go to repair shop from now on!

They were able to get parts ordered right after insurance estimate. Parts were available in a week and they started and finished in less than three weeks including parts ordering. Communicated status every few days. Got along with insurance for additional cost after tear down.

I lucked out big time after being hit by a car last month when I ended up at Crown Towing & Repair. When I called AAA and Crown came to rescue me I had no idea they could also do repairs and just so happen to have the time/space to get me back in shape. Working with everyone there made my life so much easier. They were in fact the only ones who seemed to encompass any amount of sympathy or understanding. Craig talked to me like a friend and spelled things out that were not clear. He dealt with my insurance in a timely and professional manor, all while relaying the information to me. They are nowhere near my home, but all my car repairs from this day forward will be with Crown!
