I was kept up to date throughout the process. Everyone at CSI was super helpful. For example they assisted me in getting a rental although it was not planned. Also, the car was detailed and looked great when I picked it up.

Worst experience ever. Took my Tesla to CSI for a bumper repaint instead of the Tesla Collision Center — big mistake. They claimed to work with GEICO, but that was false. After almost 3 weeks, they told me the car was ready but demanded an extra $250 because they said GEICO didn’t pay enough. It feels like a scam when they completed the repair without confirming payment details with GEICO, then demanded extra money from me at pickup. When I tried to resolve the issue, the manager, Chase, was extremely disrespectful. He pointed in my face, told me it was my problem, and said I have to pay first and then file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance to get reimbursed. He even handed me GEICO’s claim manager’s number and told me to deal with it myself. I had to go there three times just to resolve the issue.
