I worked with Mike,when I was introduced to him they said he would be with me every step of the way and he was we work together as a team and we talked almost everyday,and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Your receptionist was awesome kind and informative and very friendly.It was a tragic time for me and I was taken care of by them.I would totally recommend Csi.Im happy I called and spoke to Malissa at the towing area she said she would get me taken care of and that she did.Gods hand was truly on everyone heart in that place and really grateful I landed there with such kind caring people.

CSI kept me updated throughout the process of my car being fixed. The only thing that annoyed me slightly was when my car was when I was told my car was ready to be picked up, but it was not when I got there. But I don't feel that it should knock them down to a 9 just bc they kept me in the loop as far as the status of my claim.
