People are too busy to be frustrated with basic requests that should be a part of a company’s standard performance.

The technician I spoke to after asking him that all the windows doors and locks be checked to insure proper integration was like well one may not. After furthering promoting he continued to explain that the issue was not on the same side of the new door. Fast forward to my escalation request and I was told everything was working. Why frustrate and exasperate the customer on such basic request.
