When I went to pick up my car, a plastic cover was missing from underneath. I showed the mechanic and he said he was going to order it, and let me know when ready. After two hours I got a call saying that the part was in and for me to stop by. I was really pleased that the mechanic owned the issue and did all he could to get my full satisfaction on the car.

When I went to pick up the car I noticed that a cover was missing from underneath the car. I communicated it to the mechanic and he told me he was going to order the part and let me know when it was ready. After two hours I got a call saying that the part has been ordered and me to stop by to have it replaced. I loved that the mechanic took ownership of the oversight and I was very pleased that the car was returned to me in an excellent condition.
