You guys did an incredible job since the day I dropped it off keeping me informed step-by-step on each phase. The truck went through. Did not have to call you guys once because y’all kept me informed the entire time. Great job and thank you guys. My truck came out looking amazing.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because communication was a little dicey during the repair process but in the end I was pleasantly surprised with the experience as a whole.

CSI kept me up to date and was able to complete the work before I had to rent another vehicle for a few days. Only issue I had was that the front license plate was not put on and I had to make a return trip to get it put on the front of the vehicle. It wasn't a major issue since I had to go out that way on a Saturday, so that is why I gave a 9 rating.
