I asked to have my front fender repaired if it affected my headlamp. They did the repair and told me afterwards that it did not affect the headlamp. The person I dealt with denied this interaction. Then they detailed my car on the inside washing a window which I had purposefully left with dog nose prints from my last trip to the beach before I had to sell my beach house - it had been there about 3 years because I am the only one who cleans my car. I am sure they do good work but they don't listen but they are so busy, maybe that has fallen by the wayside. The work I didn't need was done well and am waiting for my insurance rate to go up for work I didn't need...
