The work done was to stop roof rust on a lifted pickup and repaint. Just accessing the area is difficult. I wated to do the survay until I washed and waxed the roof. Custom Empire did an excellent job.

Mixed feelings. Great body work & service. The rear light I got was not new from Porsche but lead time was longer than car rental benefit provided by insurance. The convertible plastic window was separated when I picked up my car. It was attached, all stitches in place when I left car for repair @ Custom Empire

I was told replacement light had small crack. Looks like it was broken, not cracked, and glued together. Some of the paint chips I paid to have fixed were not fixed. Overall repair & body work was great! When I left vehicle for repair, the convertible top window was attached to canvas top and in good shape. When I picked up my car it was detached and taped!!! NOT acceptable. Custom Empire refused to take care of this even though I provided pics of the vehicle condition when I dropped it off to have it fixed.

Good service. My calls & emails were returned promptly. I was informed on progress of repair. However, when I picked up my car, the convertible plastic window top section had been pulled away and stitches were removed. I was told the shop would not fix it & my car was old. It is a classic Porsche with low miles & always garaged
