Cyclop Automotive Inc, DBA Cyclop Collision Center is an I-CAR GOLD CLASS auto body and paint repair facility which has been in business in Las Vegas since 1990. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs for all makes and models, using waterborne refinish, with the latest equipment recommended with auto manufacturers, and we also use all the techniques and recommendations for the vehicles manufacturer. We have high customer satisfaction in place, which includes vehicle repair progress from our website, we have a mobile app which you can sign authorization forms for repairs, we pick up and deliver vehicles, we also have arrangements with rental car companies to provide our customers with low rental rates. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs backed by our lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. Our Facility is a Certified Collision Repair Center by many vehicle makers.

Tire pressure deflated to 17 at shop. Damage to tire occured while in possession of Cyclop Collision. Had a nail in the tire. Noone checked to see why the pressure was low. Did not check tire, or even offer to see what could have caused the tire pressure to have changed. Drained battery of car. 2 year old brand new Lexus dealership/factory battery needed replacing after car was returned. Hood not completely leveled shut.

Again, tire pressure low. Customer service reps did not check in to why pressure was low. Pictures taken when car was dropped off. Customer service representatives present during pick up. Beginning and ending tire pressure difference was noted and noticed. Representatives offered no explanation. No offer to assist or check.

After my car accident, I thought my Honda civic was done, but CYCLOP came out to save my favorite car. They literally did a fantastic job repairing and replacing the damaged parts of the car. I will always be grateful to CYCLOP for their professionalism and commitment to repair costumer’s cars.

A 3 year old vehicle with low mileage now has lost a tremendous amount of value because of their shoddy repair work. I regret ever following the insurance advice of going there. I like to support minority owned businesses but clearly they are in above their heads. Certainly if you own your vehicle and it is older then by all means, have at it. I regret going out of may way to use their shop for repairs.

As a small shop they are probably trying their best, but a lot of improvement is needed.

Communication was also a hit or a miss. I received quotes that were not explained and or the intake manager did not know what the operations manager was doing, explanations of payment policies were not made clear, estimation interns of when vehicle would be ready was inaccurate, and so on.
