Cyclop Automotive Inc, DBA Cyclop Collision Center is an I-CAR GOLD CLASS auto body and paint repair facility which has been in business in Las Vegas since 1990. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs for all makes and models, using waterborne refinish, with the latest equipment recommended with auto manufacturers, and we also use all the techniques and recommendations for the vehicles manufacturer. We have high customer satisfaction in place, which includes vehicle repair progress from our website, we have a mobile app which you can sign authorization forms for repairs, we pick up and deliver vehicles, we also have arrangements with rental car companies to provide our customers with low rental rates. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs backed by our lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. Our Facility is a Certified Collision Repair Center by many vehicle makers.

Took 3 months to fix a job that was estimated to take 2 weeks paperwork shows 16 days. When they got the ignition cylinder they said 3 weeks which turned into 4 1/2 weeks but the paperwork says they only worked on the car for 16 days. Terrible customer service. Saying their staff is not qualified to move a non running car. Car was very dirty when finally returned to us. Foot prints all over the floor boards filthy seats. Oil light flashing, breaks squeaking. Not a place I would ever choose to use.

My car was broken into and significant damage done to the steering wheel. It took about a month and a half for the repairs to be done because of the parts needed for my vehicle. Cyclop Collision was very thorough. I worked with Liz and she kept in communication with me as to how long it might be with the repairs on my vehicle. All around good customer service.
