The level of care they showed in ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing the inconvenience of being without a car was very impressive. Michelle even started the car ahead of time to make sure the air conditioning had cooled it down before I arrived to pick it up—an incredible attention to detail. The quality of the repair was excellent, but what truly stood out was how much they cared about the overall customer experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The car was in the body shop for two weeks. I am told the front bumper as replaced. However, its alignment is slightly off. Also, the passenger-side rear door is slightly misaligned.
